In support of the NSBA Crisis Fund, professionals can make a pledge to donate a $500.00 training credit to a designated client.

To complete this donation, the professional must:

• Fill out the donation form below
• The professional should notify the designated client that they have been chosen to receive this credit.
• The NSBA Office will contact client for payment, or the client can contact the NSBA Office to purchase their training credit.

• With the completion of payment and the donation form, both parties agree that specific application of the credit is to be determined between the trainer and client, but must be utilized within a calendar year of the donation to NSBA. The National Snaffle Bit Association is not liable for the training service or events that take place during training.
