Sanction Fees are collected on each NSBA approved entry, not just from those who show in the class.

The Sanction Fee is 6% (minimum $3) of the Entry Fee and SHOULD BE COLLECTED WITH 1ST PAYMENT OF ENTRY FEE TO EACH CLASS by including them in the amount to be submitted to the show for an entry. (ie: if you are charging a $200 entry fee, make the payment or total payments due $212 and indicate that the sanction fee is included.) Reserve the sanction fee for remittance with show results. You should NOT collect sanction fees from exhibitors when they check in for their numbers unless you are taking an entry at the show.

Sanction Fees for each class are recorded on the results forms, and are to be remitted with show results.
